It is well known that trails and parks designed for walking and jogging are also a place where rapists, muggers, and thieves look for opportunities to attack you.

 
Mace® Hot Walker 1LB weights are specifically made for you. They not only have the aerobic weight you want to assist and train with while walking and jogging, they also have a built in surprise for any would be assailant.
 
One weight holds a built in 10% aerosol pepper spray that has a confidently placed trigger for for self-defense. The other weight has a compartment to carry your keys and money.
 
The two 1Lb weights look and feel like normal aerobic hand weights. They have elastic hand straps, foam covered hand grips for comfort, and are easy to clean with soap and water. The package also has a FREE additional refill pepper spray cartridge. 
 
If you are attacked while carrying Hot Walkers, you already have your self-defense weapon in your hands. The pepper spray can stop your attacker cold and allow you to run away and get help.
 
Pepper Spray is a self defense item used by spraying into an assailants face. The OC (Oleoresin Capsicum) inflames the capillaries in the eyes and nose and causing severe intense pain. Breathing is restricted to all but life supporting breathing and can take up to 45 minutes to fully recover.
