You may have heard of Taser® self defense products, because many police departments issue each officer a Taser non lethal weapon to carry on duty. I worked at a California police department for 40 years. And when the Taser became available, we began to carry it in addition to pepper spray and as an alternative to using our firearm. They saved a number of injuries and lives of officers and suspects with no lasting harmful effects.

We carry the Taser® M26C, the popular Taser® X26C, and the new Taser® C2. You can find Taser holsters, replacement cartridges and batteries. For the Taser C2, You have a choice of a Taser® C2 Basic kit, Gold kit, Platinum kit.

TASER® utilizes a compressed nitrogen cartdridge that attaches to the front of the weapon. When fired, two small probes travel up to15 feet. These probes are connected to the weapon by high-voltage insulated wire. When the probes make contact with the target, the Taser® non lethal weapon transmits powerful electrical pulses along the wires and into the body of the target through up to two inches of clothing.

The new TASER C2® series was built for the citizen. It has almost 100% effectiveness rating. It combines the injury reducing benefits of traditional stun technology with a quantum leap in stopping power via new Neuromuscular Incapacitation (NMI) technology. In the newest police studies, the new TASER C2 has a higher instant incapacitation rate than a 9mm hand gun. The TASER C2 shoots out 2 darts attached to 15 feet of wire. 50,000 volts travels over the wires and over-rides the central nervous system providing incredible takedown power.

The TASER C2® has a slick design and is much easier to carry. It has the same stopping power as the police model and it still combines a traditional stun gun with the ability to shoot and shock an attacker up to fifteen feet away. When an attacker is struck with Taser C2 darts, it is designed to continue to shock the suspect for 30 seconds, allowing you to get away.
